Mission and responsibilities:
The main tasks of this position will be the following:
- Organization of the banks Appian cross development team using Agile methodology.
- Creation of User / Epic stories (SP criteria) based on the correct understanding of the needs raised by external actors (business, processes) and internal stakeholders.
- Sprint planning and correct execution of it based on groomings and sprint plannings.
- Engagement with the rest of the verticals and collaborate with them in the planning of the different improvements made by the Cross team.
- Document in Confluence all those improvements that have to be included by the verticals.
- Progress report and scope of the cross team every week with global CTO.
- Defense of estimates in committee.
What are we looking for in this position?
- Experience and development in BPM (Appian if it is possible). The candidate must also be able to analysis the solutions proposed by the cross team to evaluate possible impacts in different areas.
- Experience in process modeling (BPMN 2.0 notation) as well as in MS architectures.
- Knowledge and experience in DevOps (harness, bamboo) oriented to the use of the Attalasian stack (Jira, BitBucket).
- Knowledge of Java, Ruby, PHP, J2EE, XML, SOAP, XLST.
- AWS cloud experience (S3, SNS, Amazon MQ, SQS, EC2, System Manager, API Gateway, etc.).
- Experience in integrations, as well as integration protocols (REST, SOAP) as well as different tools (Postman, SoapUi).
- Experience in SQL (MySQL) NON-SQL (Dynamo).
