Mission and responsibilities:
Coordination of the relationship model with the Openbanks (countries) served by ODS. Main tasks:
- Coordination of SLAs and KPIs of services
- Coordination of the evolutionary management of the country (proposals, approvals, support)
- Contract coordination (Services, SLAs, KPIs, prices, conditions, time to market)
- Periodic review of cost drivers, volumes, costs attributable to each country, pricing
- Billing coordination
What are we looking for in this position?
- 5-7 years of experience in related tasks.
- Business Administration or Engineering (Master in finance will be a plus)
- Banking experience.
- Experience in IT sector.
- High knowledge of accounting.
- High level in the use of Excel, power point.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
