Funcions:

Support the HSE Manager in the development and implementation of the HSE management system according to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and associated tasks, and deliver continual improvement in the health & Safety and environmental areas.
Main accountabilities
- Help the HSE Manager to develop, implement, and improve the HSE management system policies and procedures
- Support the compliance with legal and other requirements
- Produce statistics and information on HSE management system use and effectiveness
- Work with Learning & Development in the management of health and safety, and environmental training and qualification
- Support in the monitoring, measurement, analysis, and evaluation of HSE information and data coming from the business units, projects and corporate departments
- Participate in lessons learned workshops/campaigns and identify and propose process improvement aspects
Academic background
- Degree in Engineering or technical relevant discipline and specific health & safety, and environmental studies.
Professional experience
- No professional experience required Maximum 12 months of previous professional experience
Languages ow
- Has an international team of employees and the working language is English.
Knowledge
- Engineering and technology knowledge from an engineering or energy industry
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
- Knowledge in producing procedural documents
- Knowledge in analyzing incidents data SKILLS
- Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proactive approach to optimizations and improvements
- Skilled in Excel, Visio, Microsoft Project, Word and PowerPoint
