Analyst - Tech Investment Banking

Requirements:

• A strong drive to progress as an M&A banker and with a genuine interest in the Digital Economy. • Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish. • Relevant previous internship experience within financial services. • Outstanding academic track-record. • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical, accounting, and numerical skills. • Ability to research and effectively summarize/synthesize relevant industry, competitive and transaction data. • Responsibility, resourcefulness, initiative, maturity, and attention to detail. • Ability to work well under pressure, ability to manage rapid timelines and proactively manage any potential conflicts.

Tasks:

-Co-author pitchbooks, confidential information memorandums, management presentations, and general BlueBull marketing materials.

-Spearhead financial analysis including preparing financial models, valuation analysis, and synthesizing complex data.

-Conduct industry and sector valuation, market, and trend research and analysis.

-Maintain deal flow tracking and prepare internal presentations for the deal team.

-Support the due diligence process through coordinating project deliverables with senior bankers.
