Python Software Architect

Qualifications:

• Expert Python programming language level.
• +5 years of experience in python-centric software projects, especially in BackEnd.
• +3 years of experience as python-centric software projects architect, especially in BackEnd.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of major version control (git), continuous integration (Jenkins), containers (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS) tools.
• Creative, organized, methodical, detailed, passionate for efficiency.
• Able to pick up new technologies, toolkits and programming languages.
• Bachelor or Masters’ Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics or Computer Science Engineering.

You will work and contribute to grow in a Software QA team whose main goal is to ensure quality, performance and reliability of Embedded Software and Communications Systems supplied to customer:

• Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate test frameworks into CI/CD flow.
• Learn from existing test frameworks and associated workflows.
• Design new features for existing test frameworks.
• Define new workflows to boost team processes efficiency in the usage of the test framework.
• Design new test framework from scratch following lessons learnt from previous test framework deployments.
• Design test code architecture and associated guidelines to support code modularity and scalability.
• Collaborate with Automation Engineers to agree on test framework implementation strategy and test repositories management.
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to include project KPI metrics and test artifacts management in the test framework.
• Collaborate with HW Engineers to implement test framework needs towards Design Verification Testing.
• Manage test framework repositories and associated Python packages and libraries.
• Support project teams to provide solutions for project-specific needs in the test framework.
