•The successful candidate will oversee the supervision and design of laboratory protocols for the development of tissue engineering models related to the human and bovine uterus. •It will also participate in the functional study of the reconstructed uterus through cell therapy, improvement study through stem cell encapsulation procedures. •Management and application of endometrial cell culture techniques, 3D printing, decellularization and subsequent recellularization of the human and bovine uterus, as well as the application of molecular and microscopy techniques, immunofluorescence methods, quantitative PCR, and animal manipulation in order to reach to the proposed objectives. •Design of protocols to develop tissue engineering models related to the uterus. •Design of protocols for the elaboration of cultures with endometrial stem cells and handling of animals. •Develop and fine-tune cell characterization techniques related to single cell. Development of in vitro techniques for the elaboration of endometrial cells and their possible application in animal models. •Supervision of experiments and protocols carried out in the laboratory. •Writing reports, preparation of scientific articles, and presentation of results in group meetings and conferences. Complete documentation of research results. •Maintenance of laboratory equipment. •Moreover, you ensure excellent communication with stakeholders (e.g., project team and line management) and excellent interaction and collaboration with interfaces or externally with third parties or universities.
