Accountabilities and responsibilities:
- Support the Corporate Strategy team to drive in conjunction with the HB Executive Committee the definition of the Company strategy in the short, mid and long term - Provide support to key commercial functions in the design and implementation of the strategic initiatives from the Strategic Priority Map through rigorous and deep analysis that facilitates decision making in order to ensure rapid and profitable growth - Perform regular market & competitive landscape analysis - Develop presentations with conceptual and/or quantitative analysis that facilitate top management decision making - Challenges: o Support projects with tight deadlines and high levels of pressure o Support the delivery of high-level quality work for top management o Work with uncertainty and limited information o Ambiguity of situations o Summarize and first analysis of abstract information What you’ll find at Hotelbeds - Highly engaged team formed by young people with backgrounds in management consulting, investment banking & private equity - Collaborative and friendly atmosphere in a high-performing team - Exposure & responsibility, as team directly reports to Hotelbeds CEO
