Financial Manager

Our goal is to develop businesses and help them grow; we are always on the lookout for smart, talented people for our team, that will join us on our journey to revolutionize our industry.

Our current financial team is composed of two talented individuals, and we are looking for our third team member, with experience in international digital business.

The new addition will: Share current responsibilities with our financial department, and assume new ones that arise with our company growth Monitor and analyze financial results, propose and execute solutions to improve processes Analyze financial issues and come up with solutions to promote the financial growth of the company Will work in conjunction with tax/legal/human resources advisors in countries where we have businesses The Opportunity and Challenge : The position will provide a talented individual with the opportunity to be a key player in building and growing our international financial department.

As a part of the financial team you will collaborate with the CEO and COO to develop and implement plans for the financial infrastructure, to scale the rapid growth of the organization.

Our ideal candidate will have:

Experience in national and international accounting and finances, preferably in an SaaS environment Well-developed negotiating skills Worked in a rapidly growing environment Analytical and problem-solving skills The ability to recognize key problems before they become major issues and provide solutions Experience in scaling finances for a software organization An entrepreneurial mind, with excellent organizational skills Availability to travel once or twice a year, to do on-site audits for international subsidiaries Lives in Valencia, Spain
