Plastic Omnium Graduate Program #OPENNewRoads is a two-year rotational program to develop your potential and take on the challenge of full professional immersion.

You will go through a strong personal and professional training path  to strengthen leadership to inspire and help us continue driving a new generation of mobility.

This includes several rotations in different functions and locations, mentoring by our company’s leaders, formal training and professional development.

By integrating the program with a permanent contract, your main assignments will be:  

Missions:

Responsible for all manufacturing process including injection, paint, assembly, bonding and process flow methods and equipment Deployment of POMS methodology and best practice Provides engineering support to the manufacturing teams and to the OPTIPRO project team for the launch of the new equipment in the plant and the realization of the manufacturing readiness Provides engineering support to the manufacturing teams to improve and optimize injection and/or paint process IPI and/or main deliverables: TF1, TF2, RFT, CNQ, Process scrap and OEE
