Requirements:
- Motor Calibration Engineer – Industrial/Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering.
– High English level required.
– Motivated to work in the automotive sector in testing.
– Know-How on Calibration Tools: INCA, CalDesk, Concerto, MDA, DDT200,
Consult.
– Know-How on Simulating Automotive Powertrain systems.
– Experience on Simulation Tools: MATLAB, Simulink, ASCMO, Phyton, C++,
Visual Basic.
– Driving license type B.
– Oral and written management and communication skills.
Duties:
– Develop planning, preparation and technical activities for successful development
calibration Petrol and Hybrid applications for markets such as China, Japan,
Europe and US based on vehicle testing activities.
– To deeply understand Powertrain SW Control Logic and vehicle testing results for
calibration development.
– To propose based on accurate analysis and demonstrated evidence calibration
proposal to referent technical engineer (Synthesis Engineer) for ROM DR
milestones.
– Know-How on the current calibration processes and capabilities to identify current
MBC methodologies strengths and weaknesses.
– Capability to propose improvements in regard to current vehicle calibration
processes in order to improve them towards efficiency (i.e., calibration time
reduction or less dependence on physical resources).
