The position as Data Quality Specialist to come and reinforce our Quality Assurance team.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Analyze and understand the data we process. - Review and propose changes in the requirements. - Make sure the definitions are observed: data layouts, data versioning rules, datasets naming convention, flow from dev to prod. - Create test plans from the acceptance criteria and run them every time is needed, confirming that the system complies with the expected outcome. - Define automated controls (Data Quality Controls (DQC) / Data Analysis Checks (DAC)) per dataset to guarantee that every piece of data that lands into our system and is delivered is properly treated and processed. - Design data quality controls’ dashboards, in order to monitor the status of the datasets and controlling key metrics, previously defined and extracted with the automated controls. - Support data engineers and data leads on tasks related to the data pipeline testing. - Support the data release processes.
Personal skills and experience:
-University degree in a discipline related to the functions described, preferably.-High level of English- A good eye for precision, rigor, and quality.- Be a real team player. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Be excited and looking forward to have fun.
